Description

Dead/hanging trees in east rock park overhanging fence and backyard where kids play desperately need pruning. Limbs have already fallen and taken down the fence and fallen near swingset where young kids play. Now there is a large limb that’s broken off and is hanging above the yard caught only on a small branch of another tree and could fall any time.
