The never ending debris trail left by the street zombies.They need to be consolidated old drive in theater something. They have show a hundred times over they cannot live in civil society. Harsh yes but very few want help the rest want cash and to left to what every they want. I tired of cleaning up after them and hoping city government will do something about them. Self entitled slackers. As far as the mental heath thing not my job.
