Description

The street gutters at the corner of 88th Avenue and Holly Street are blocked again. When it rains, the street floods completely, curb to curb, and it takes a couple of hours for the water to drain after the rain stops. The last flood was actually over the sidewalks on both sides. Public Works needs to haul out the garbage, basketballs, plastic bags of trash so the drains work.
