An open-backed utility trailer with no plates and no lights has been parked at the corner of 88th Ave and Holly St for the last four days. The trailer is full of trash and there's more trash piled on top of it and around it -- car doors, metal chairs, part of a refrigerator or freezer. Tomorrow it will move to a different location at the same intersection, and stay there for four days. That's its pattern over the last three months.
