Twelve- to fifteen-foot low-sided utility trailer, sides of unpainted plywood, no lights, no license, parked in a red zone and blocking a storm drain, loaded with miscellaneous metal junk. Pulled up right behind the black-white-red box trailer with the auto parts and other stuff in it, so they take up all the parking between 1501 and 1513 88th.
